Refund policy

Return Conditions

The customer may request, within fifteen (15) working days from the date of delivery, the return of any product, even on offer, if they are not satisfied with the purchase made.

The costs incurred for the return are borne by the customer.

In general, before any request, Foodness Spa emphasizes to ensure that the products to be returned are in the same conditions in which they were received, that is:
  • they must not have been opened, used or damaged;
  • they must be returned in their original packaging;

The products to be returned must be entrusted to the courier within five (5) working days from the date of communication of the return to Foodness.

Verification of the integrity of the product may take up to 5 working days.

Foodness Spa reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those shipped late.



THE STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR THE RETURN REQUEST
Communicate the return request by writing to the following email address helpdesk@foodness.it indicating:

  • order number;
  • the item you wish to return;
  • the reason;
  • the desired compensation method, among those provided below;
  • the contact details.

Then wait for Foodness Spa to take charge of the request sent and authorize the return;

Proceed with the preparation of the goods to be returned, once the authorization has been received.

The customer is free to use any courier to return the reported products.

REFUND METHODS

  • CREDIT CARD: for orders paid by credit card, the amount will be reversed from our systems and made available again on the customer's account statement according to the times established by the bank that issued the card (generally the following month).
  • PAYPAL: For orders paid by Paypal, the refund will be made directly to the Paypal account.

 

REFUND TIMELINES
Foodness Spa will refund the entire amount paid for the purchase of the products, excluding transport costs, within the timeframes set by law (within 14 days of receiving the return) and provided that the Products have been returned in accordance with the above provisions.

In particular:

  • REFUND TO CREDIT CARD: the transaction will be reversed by our systems, approximately, within 14 working days of receiving the return. The time required to display the refund on the account may vary and depends on the institution that issued the card. In this case, we invite you to contact your bank.
  • REFUND TO PAYPAL: the refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
