Shipping policy
Shipping methods, costs and delivery times
The ordered goods are usually entrusted to the courier within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of payment.
For our shipments we rely on the express courier Bartolini and GLS.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during office hours. Orders placed by the Customer during the weekend are processed the following Monday.
To monitor the delivery tracking, use the tracking number received by email when confirming the order, or request it by writing to the following address: helpdesk@foodness.it
For destinations called "remote areas", such as small mountain resorts or countries with low industrial density, delivery times may be slightly longer than the guidelines.
The shipping cost is €5.90 for orders under €25 and is free for orders over €25.
For the Minor Islands and the “remote areas” (here is the complete list of postcodes) the shipping cost is €20 and is free for orders over €80.
The cost of shipping outside of Italy is always paid by the customer and this cost is calculated before check out, on the “Cart” page.
Please note that during the promotional period and the Christmas period, the management of new orders may encounter slight delays.
For orders placed by new Customers, Foodness Spa reserves the right to proceed with cross-checks between the Company that issued the credit card and the Customer's credit institution, in order to verify the validity of the transaction and then proceed with the shipment of the ordered goods. This procedure may result in slight delays in the shipment of the first order.
